I felt uncomfortable when they blocked elevators with carts and groups talking and I had to actually say excuse me and they didn't move. "The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We needed a room on the first floor due to health issues. They accommodated our request with no problem. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and decorated nicely. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
