"The room was small and cramped there was not enough room to put the ice bucket on the counter, it was in the closet. There was not much room to close the bathroom door.The breakfast was delicious but again area was small and limited on seating, some had to go and eat outside, it was a good morning ..."

"The beds were okay and relatively clean but the toilet had some black gunk on it I had to clean. The staff were fine, air conditioning was good but the place was just kinda dingy and not very nice. I give it about a 5/10 overall but there was no major issues."

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when i'm in Springfield. We're here at least once a month and the staff is all very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, the pool is a lot of fun and the surrounding area has everything you need. Even the grocery store sushi at price cutter is good. ..."
