“This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived late because of traffic and upon arrival found out they sold our 6 person suite to someone else. The people on staff at the table then proceeded to spend the next HOUR scolding me for booking through Expedia saying that it doesn’t guarantee the room that I chose. “Annie was awesome providing great dinner ideas; also, she was explained everything very well, especially cookies at 1800 hours. ”

“Rooms very basic, more so than I would have thought. The restaurant/bar was a good feature, however some guests/patrons were loud and some obnoxious… would have been a better situation if they would been addressed. But I get females bartenders and waitresses, I would not engage either”
