“This is a self catering apartment hotel situated in the Old Town right next to Hull Minster and within a 15 minute walking distance of virtually everything including the station. It’s spotless and has a very modern feel with all the amenities needed, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Kitchen area has everything including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cooker, hob and fridge which has some milk and oat milk sachets. Beds are large and very comfy, the wet room was enormous. There are a...

“Great location, obviously lots of footfall and occupation, some areas looking tired. Great staff though.”

“Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

“Lovely, large, clean room. Safe area with a lot of parking nearby. Reception unmanned most of the time.”

“Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby.”

“The room was a fabulous size for the two of us. It had a kettle, a decent size shower room and was all very light and airy with a tv. The staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage for us. The bar was lively after the concert we attended and I believe there were parking options but we came on the train. It was such a handy location for anywhere around the centre of Hull. We would definitely book again as a fabulous base.”

“Very good 2 bedroom & bathroom apartment in centre of Hull. Very clean and modern with separate rooms for privacy. Communication and access very good and easy. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars in town.”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“Room was tidy and clean. Kitchen was perfect to use. ”

“빈대 때문에 이틀동안 잠도 못자고 항의했더니 호텔을 나가 달라고 해서 아침에 부랴부랴 짐 싸들고 방문회사까지 큰가방 들고 출근했네요.^^ 호텔 총지배인이 너무나도 당연하듯이 나가달라는 요청에 어이가 없었습니다.”

“We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
