We were greeted upon arrival, welcomed to a lovely room, and given a great dinner suggestion. Our room is lovely and comfy, overlooking the garden, with a very modern bathroom.

Very charming old house. Lovely hosts. Amazing breakfast! However the bed was very squeaky. The room was also stuffed full of antiques and trinkets.

What a beautiful bed and breakfast!! Everything was incredible! The bed and breakfast decor is exquisite, the staff friendly, the gardens amazing! The breakfast was way over the top! The array of delicious foods available and the presentation with beautiful dishes was truly amazing! We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful and very quiet. The room at the back overlooking the garden was comfortable and had a large adjoining bathroom. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast with many choices. I would happily stay there again next time I am in St. Stephen.

Awesome breakfast. Friendly hosts made our stay extremely enjoyable. Owners have 3 very cute (and sweet) french bulldogs that joined us for breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this b&b if you're open to something different and quaint.

This was very comfortable and beautiful house! Our hosts were charming, and we enjoyed chatting with them! Their 3 Frenchies are adorable! And the breakfast was outstanding! I would highly recommend this place, and plan to stay there on our next trip!

St Stephen’s hidden gem!

Loved it! The decor reflects years of planning; creating a unique and comfortable home to welcome guests. The hosts are charming and interesting, even to inviting us to a local theatre production the next day. Breakfast was perfect with a selection of homemade jams, jellies and preserves, all artfully presented.

This is a true Bed and BREAKFAST. So many B&B’s these days offer mediocre breakfast at best. The Coach House had an amazing breakfast! The house has excellent architecture and wonderful hosts. St. Stephen’s has a lovely walking area along the river. We will return on a future trip to Canada!

Out of the ordinary. Loved the way that each room was crammed with antiques. Not a great place for kids, but we loved the way that every inch of floor space was filled with interesting items and antiques. Truly a throwback to Victorian times. Hosts were friendly and engaging and the breakfast was sumptuous -- can't think of a better word for the feast.

You just have to stay here to understand. Unique quirky house and hosts. Wonderful breakfast led to stimulating conversation when our hosts joined at the very end. 9 day vacation with 9 locations, this one was the most memorable. Would go back in an instant.

Wonderful full breakfast at The Coach House - scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast, with options for tea/ coffee, cheeses, jams, and various fruits! As the only guest at the time, I sat in the kitchen with hosts and had a lovely conversation. Note: I rarely rate things as excellent - sorry there wasn’t a Very Good rating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a really cool, deep bathtub and separate walk-in shower with a handheld showerhead which I always appreciate. Recommendations: If listing does not say so - add that room is upstairs (accessibility). Add another nightlight to the hallway. Reduce the number of nicknacks and collectibles a little bit in the guest bedroom to allow a place to put guests’ items.
