"Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. The team seemed overwhelmed, and response times were often quite slow. We also experienced inconsistent and, at times, unhelpful communication from the hotel staff. That said, we do plan to return and hope to have a better experience with the service next time."

"Excellent location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our key stopped working twice (think we placed too close to a cell phone!) We were worried since no one is at the desk overnight but both times when we called the number provided, someone was there within minutes. Room was small but clean. Would definitely stay again."
