“I am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. I found the hotel has a vending machine selling the small size bottle at a higher price like in the airport. The next morning I had a breakfast which was...

“Inicialmente nós colocaram em um quarto que não havíamos reservado, inclusive em um anexo do hotel, sem elevador, tendo que subir várias escadas para chegar em um quarto estranho. Reclamamos e nos colocaram no quarto correto, bem melhor. A atendente do café da manhã é uma senhora muito simpática e o café é de qualidade. ”

“Good location - about 15 mins from town centre, roman sites closer. Hotel is very accessible if you have a car, but note limited parking. Very nice friendly staff. Good views across river. Lovely riverfront dining area. Continual free coffee and tea, and areas to work/congregate.”

“Réceptionnistes très accueillants qui n'hésitent pas parler en français. Chambre propre, fonctionnelle et très calme côté rue. Petit déjeuner avec du choix sucré et salé. Super séjour d'une nuit. De plus, à 2 pas de la Porta Nigra, 5 min à pied de la Cathédrale en plein centre-ville et à 7 min à pied de la Gare. Super, je recommande +++”
