Well kept, clean, looks very nice. Love the pool and the hot tub. The water could have been hotter but the fact that they have one is great and the price per night is incredibly reasonable especially with the full breakfast.. with actual real food that is good.

Great customer service. Chris was very helpful at the front desk and very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and the towels were big and fluffy. Something you would expect at an upscale motel. Beds were comfortable. For the money, you can beat it.

We were going to stay an extra day but the guy at the counter was rude when I was getting breakfast {light purple pastel shirt} He said I was going to ruin their circuit board in their toaster because I was melting butter over the toaster. 1st, I do it all the time at home and have never dropped the butter in the toaster. 2nd, it was such a small amount the toaster would only smoke a little. 3rd, I don't think you have ever even made toast or cleaned a toaster because they have coils in them and not a circuit. Sometimes you just got to turn your back and "let it go" Least the guy the night before that checked us in was very pleasant.

Although the hotel was not full, they checked in someone right above me. At 3:15am, the man got up, kept walking around, thumping the floor, rolling around in the desk chair. He kept this up until 5:00 am. I was just getting back to sleep when 2 people started talking right outside my door, then turned on their loud-engined trucks. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and had burned edges. I got little sleep and had a lousy breakfast.

This hotel is a little farther from downtown St. Augustine and right off a highway, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the parking is ample and free, and they have a nice pool/hot tub and a simple but decent free breakfast. I feel I have gotten my money's worth every time I have stayed here.

First stay . We will be back. Kids play area right next to pool. Older hotel that was remodeled. Did a very good job. Bath water good and hot. Pool clean and hot tub. Front desk staff wonderful and helpful. Quick check in and out. Reasonably priced as well. One of our best stays since covid. And house keeping actually come here.

The shower head was horrible. It sprayed everywhere but your body. There were roaches in my room and my companions room and when we told the front desk and showed him pictures, he just shrugged and ignored us. Will not stay there again

As far as the claim of roaches, you never showed us any pictures and we kept both rooms out of order for 5 nights because of your claim and our employees along with our pest control company saw zero signs of activity, alive or dead. The pool/hot tub area is very nice. They had a play area for the kids and a grill. The room was clean. The only thing was it is right next to I 95. I was on the front row, I had traffic noise. I got use to it and slept pretty good. For the location and the money, I would recommend this hotel.
