"The entire room shook all night from the heating system—every lamp and fixture vibrated nonstop. The noise was unbearable, and I didn’t get a single ounce of sleep. Completely unacceptable. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had."

"Room was well cleaned with fresh towels daily. There is a water bottle filler in the lobby too. Our breakfast was included. The buffet was continually replenished with a variety of options and Starbucks coffee/tea was available. All staff was professional, friendly and helpful. If you need to store your luggage they do so in a locked room at the front desk."

"Wonderful place and I’m sure it will be fantastic this spring when the rooftop opens! Had both dinner and breakfast at Ama and that was a treat. The staff was warm, the room was beautiful, and I’d highly recommend!"

"Its 30 degrees out and the heat didnt work. The concierge didnt care. They didnt have real blankets and when I went to get more - I was given a flimsy cotton comforter which was as warm as a sheet. The hotel is loud due to fact its literallg over the highway - and their noise cancelling machine didnt work. Its insanely difficult to load and unload - and they made it worse by blocking any of the unloading parking spots. And now - they even charge you 30 bucks extra to park overnight. I dont honestly know why anyone would choose to spend decent money here. "
