A nice surprise! A motel looking property on a stretch we werent sure about but it was awesome! Rooms looked brand new. Spacy, cozy and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend staying here. Great value!

The good: The staff were very pleasant and did their best to make us comfortable. The room is in good condition despite the DIY quality remodel. The breakfast of mostly precooked items is exactly what you should expect in this price range. The bad: The shower is cleaned with a spray to make it look clean instead of being clean. If you’ve tried this mistake at home you know what I mean. The biggest issue though is the noisy air conditioner that sounds like a pick up truck starting and idling in the room every ten minutes to keep the temperature below 75 degrees.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very comfortable. The room was neat and well organized, and everything looked well maintained. I was in St. George for a basketball game at UT. The hotel is very close to campus, which was wonderful. I had a car. I walked up to Pioneer Park, about a 30 minute walk from the hotel, and enjoyed the red rocks around the Dixie "sugar loaf". My group drove to snow canyon, a beautiful red rock canyon about 20 minute's drive from the hotel.
