"Pros: The hotel was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was also close to two tube stations. Cons: We had issues a couple days getting our room cleaned. We had set up daily cleaning for our week’s stay, but came back a couple times after a day of touring and no one had been there. Also the rooms are very dark with minimal lighting. The other big issue is the lack of storage space. When we stay a week in a hotel, we like to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There were no drawers or wardrobe spaces in the bedroom. Only storage space was two small drawers in the closet. "

"Breakfast was wonderful loved the hotel. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant but it was because I didn't care for the cuisine, the food was great but the choices were limited. The staff were great and we were spoiled by staying there."

"Breakfast was a bit hectic as the hotel was obviously fully booked so quite long queues to be seated. The quality of the cooked breakfast was poor my partner said the cooked meats sausages, bacon were either under or over cooked. I tried scrambled egg with ham on some toast which was not great. Our 2nd day breakfast experience was better queues not quite so long and opted for different foods choices the quality of which were much better. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel room was a good size and clean although I did state in my check-in review that the pillow cases were a bit stained and I questioned the so called corner room with river view which was barely visible. Also as a uk resident just staycationing in London did not expect to be asked for my passport or even driving licence given that we arrived on public transport. Luckily I had a digital copy of my driving licence to hand and as we’ve stayed in London hotels many times, and all that’s required to confirm the booking is the booking reference. I Just feel this could have been communicated to us before our trip. We know in future to ensure we have such documentation regardless. "

"The hotel is easily accessible as it is just across the road from Victoria Train Station. It was within walking directions to many tourist attractions and it was easy to jump on the tube to other sites, it is also right beside the taxi rank for the Victoria train station. The decor in the hotel was lovely, very modern and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. There are nice restaurants, pubs etc extremely close to the hotel. We will be back! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. "

"The hotel is beautiful, staff are amazing and very attentive. Restaurant has plenty to offer with food selection and drinks. Pool areas are very clean as well as the sauna and steam room. My only critic is that there should be a cut off time for kids in the pool area do adults can relax for an hour. Overall it was a beautiful stay!"

"Great location, clean, very hot rooms, no privacy as bathroom had no lock and felt very exposed going to toilet and shower. "

"Great location, close to transportation. Rooms were small but spacious, well layered out and updated. Hot breakfast before we headed out- we didn’t purchase ahead as didn’t know plans but was able to pay at the moment, great selection of hot and cold items, fruit and spreads as well as custom coffee and selection of tea or hot chocolate ( March was cold so welcomed a hot beverage)"
