“The place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of free amenities from breakfast, to rum punch, to beach gear (like snorkels, beach towels, etc). I felt very at home and will definitely stay here again if I return.”

“Stayed at the resort for 4 nights . The room was clean . Bed was soft for my comfort. Additionally, Air conditioning was set and unable to get a remote to change the temperature to adjust temperature for ones comfort. Toilet kept running and bathroom shower pipe dripping for the duration of the stay . Hotel upkeep is poor . Notwithstanding, I took off a Bulova crystal watch , left in the room and went out the watch was no where to be found, Reported the matter to the front desk...

I think due to having the gratuity built it in has made the restaurant staff not care or have to try to do a good job due to a guaranteed tip. This made us leave the resort for meals due to the service being so bad. Due to this we would not stay at this resort again, I would strongly reconsider having the gratuity...

“What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island!
