Pertaining to the housekeeping issues, we wish to advise the following standards and as per signage in the room; towels are changed every 4th day unless thrown on the ground where they will be replaced daily by the housekeeper. We do daily housekeeping unless otherwise requested by the guest. If you only received one towel, we apologize as the standard should have been 2 towels. We do not put washcloths in any of the rooms. We provide a sheet change every 4th day, and our system is showing you checked in on a Friday and departed on a Tuesday, which would have been the change date. We can also verify that on one of the days, your room had a do not disturb sign and on another day, we recorded that service was declined. If this was by mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you found other aspects of the hotel to be satisfactory.

Dear Rochelle, firstly, we are sorry for the challenges you experienced on arrival. I can see that you room was cleaned by one of our room attendants on Saturday and you checked in around 11pm with Security. We certainly ensure our rooms are treated for pest control issues and our perimeter property as well. This is not a norm but we would ensure the room is treated again.
