in the room have coffee& coffee machine/packed snacks/water/flat screen tv/own private bathroom/brand new sheets pillows with covers/towels but customers brings his dog & cat these are my son & daughter .hotel policy is no animals at all.

under Terri Binghamton name no body stay here. review is 100% wrong. Expedia you are 1000% wrong it is dishonest you put this review on your website.

Before check in show the room turn on TV,AC, Microwave is working ,Toilet is working, New sheet pillow & covers. coffee machine with 6 pouches regulars coffee 4 Decaf pouches with regular & artificial sugars and in the fridge 20+ creamer & milk. give a full service 2time a day .early check in without ang charge. new furniture newly build room. cancel policy is over 72 hour no charge. under 72 hours charge. inspection few minutes before checkout room was damage toilet clogged, toilet seat is broken, heating panels are broken, bed sheets, pillows & mattress are bloody. and customers have not any answers .we have evidence of all.

Check in early 4 hour no charge every day service Refrigerator,Mirco wave,iron with stand hair dryer,coffee machine with Reg+ decafs coffee Milk creamer Sugar,TV free WiFi with PW. Just we stop extras people in the Room. They rented for 2 people. Try to staying Six . On check out clogged toilet. Steal hdmi cable,take microwave plate. Broke Smoke alarm

we follow 100% CDC guide line free available Sanitizer & masks in the lobby and rooms. everyday housekeeping service. free coffee ,juice & wrapped food in the room. Mr. Frank profanity ,inappropriate ,use discriminatory language. Mr. frank came after dirt race fully drunk disturb other guests.

Mr. Robert booked room on Expedia with 1st fraud card. than Oswego inn called Mr. Robert gave 2nd expire card. 3rd card wrong cars number. On 4th card got booked the room. Oswego inn follow CDC guide line. on check out did not return room keys . thanks for kind words .

We stop to guest not smoke in the room guest. Because of smoking alarm turn on .then guest unplugged the smoke alarm. Saw the smoke alarm after checkout. Over drunk damage the property. still we trying our best for service.
