I didn't like the fact that I made reservations well in advance of my stay, and when I arrived, I was told that the two rooms that I had reserved were on different floors. One young man at the desk asked me if we wanted a room near the other one in our reservation. I said yes, and the other man at the desk said I could not because the other rooms on that floor were already spoken for. It was 4:15 in the afternoon and my reservation should have made one of those rooms mine. the woman at check out said "Oh sorry!"

Great beds, had a cabinet in bathroom that my cat could fit under which made it challenging to get her, not many breakfast options, pool was closed for cleaning, parking could have been better. Had to park in a parking garage. Felt safe though because of cops being in the area. Had great amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and a nice tub.

Absolutely loved this property! The beds are wonderful and so are the comforters and pillows. I wish I knew where the the pillows and comforter are from so I could purchase them for my own home.

Great room. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Called the day after leaving our room when we noticed one set of our earbuds pinged there and front desk said they are not there. Gave them my info and they said they would call me back after talking with house keeping. Never heard back.

Everything about the stay was great. There is a parking garage for hotel guests to utilize. It was nice to see the police use that parking garage for their vehicles too. Breakfast was better than expected because of some review I read prior to our stay. While it was mostly grab and go, and a couple things were for the microwave, there were lots to choose from. There is also a waffle maker. The only negative was the bed. It was so soft and bouncy, it was almost comical. Hopefully they will read reviews and if not already aware, will do something about the bed in our room.

I really liked this property for a quick staycation. The rooms were nice and clean and I was upgraded to a suite. Only thing that could have been improved was the included breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was showing some wear, but overall did not detract from the comfort of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quite old and it show both in decor and condition. I thought from the pictures and price that it would classic, but it is mostly old. I would not book there again. The pool and hot tub are tiny, the fitness room is not usable. The carpets are very old. We booked only because of the location which was in proximity to an event we were attending, but you are better off staying in Chesterfield and driving. The only nice thing, is there are a bunch of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance.

Very nice hotel but the bed was extremely soft - if one person moves the whole bed moves. Not at all comfortable.

I really liked the area it was in. Way better than staying close to downtown St. Louis. The wineries are about a 20-30 min drive away, which is a nice thing to have close by.
