"We had a great stay at this hotel. Expecting 2 beds in one room, the separate space for the kids with sliding doors to block off the rooms was fantastic. When we asked for more mugs, they were quickly brought up to us and the minibar was restocked every day. We also had a small second fridge which was great for lunch supplies to help keep our costs down. The gym was quite basic. My husband would have appreciated a bench and heavier weights. We only used it once in the end. The kids loved the playroom and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located and very easy to access the underground as well as mainline trains if you fancy going further afield."

"Comfortable bed and room, plenty of space, bathroom was clean and spacious and modern, there was a smell of bleach coming from the bathroom though, which is the main reason for not giving it 5 stars. The check-in process is automated so if no staff available you have to do on your own, personally i found it annoying but is normal for some. Location is great for those wanting the train station, is soundproofed so can’t hear anything outside, air-con was great."

"The air conditioning was great and you can control it in your room. No fridge but we knew that ahead of time from the description. Europe hotels don't offer ice but you can ask for a cup of ice at the front counter. Great location just a short walk to the train station. Grocery stores not far away. If you travel on Sunday, not many restaurants and stores open on Sunday."
