Very good beach, a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas.The only thing that wave were rather big, but that is not hotel fault. Great view from our beach front room. In our first room air conditioning and safe did not work. They replaced safe, but it took several days until they transferred us to another room with working air conditioning, where we also had troubles with the save. The room service quality depends on the specific house keeper: in first room it was better than in the second. As extras we received $100 resort credit which we used in the restaurants. Also they gave us a bottle of wine, a couple of bottles of beer, several cans of sodas and a couple of bottles of water. Another bottle of wine we received as as a present because there was my wife’s birthday. We do not drink beer and soda. The wine was cheap and rather average quality. They have good selection of wines in the store on the property. Of the restaurants on the property the worse in terms of service (extremely slow), and also in selection and price of dishes is their biggest Oceans restaurant. The best was restaurant Gingerbread which belongs to the other hotel on the same beach.

Great location and good mix of ages with the folks at the resort . Very relaxing atmosphere and good service all around . Would highly recommend .

The staff was amazing, and the property was extremely beautiful. However, the cleanliness was not up to par, especially in the rooms, hallways, and stairs. If you are afraid of iguanas, please do not go to this property and do not feed them! They are huge and all over the property. I am already terrified of lizards, and these huge iguanas traumatized me. But other than that, everything was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beach is not as nice as many others in St Martin, but good for snorkelling. Good for the price.

Resort was everything we expected and more! They upgraded our room to a suite which was lovely! The food was great, plenty of options. The room was clean. Resort was well maintained and beautiful! The ONLY thing that wasn’t really an issue is that the service at bars was very slow….they are on island time. We stayed All inclusive and it was worth every penny! And thank you Expedia for the $100 resort credit.. we used that every morning for coffee/tea at the cafe that’s not include in AI and still had some leftover to buy souvenirs! We will definitely be going back!

Overall, the property itself was really enjoyable! Beaches and pools were fantastic. We had to move rooms due to lack of hot water; Elvis was very nice is handing that for us. Very glad we didn't do all-inclusive because the service is quite bad. Super slow at bars and restaurants, and the restaurants don't open on time as advertised (Sunday brunch opened 30min late, and didn't have everything as advertised). We still had a great time, the resort is gorgeous and the beach is amazing. We enjoyed the new Rooftop Bar Mix; bartender Gregory was awesome. Just disappointed in the overall experience, so probably wouldn't come back again.

Overall we had a great stay. Beaches were beautiful, and there were lots of on-site options for grabbing snacks, souvenirs, etc. The market was stocked with everything you could ask for. Parking was plentiful and easy. Staff service in the restaurants was lacking at times. Bathtub in our room didn’t have a plug, and the water wouldn’t get hot.

We had a wonderful week at the Divi Little Bay in Sint Martin. The resort and staff were outstanding. They call St. Martin the friendly island and they live up to this reputation. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with our little ones, we traveled with out 11 year old and 14 month baby. The resort was beautiful, with a great selection of pools and beautiful views of the beach and bay. The resort is located at the foot of Fort Amsterdam, which we were able to get up to with our stroller to enjoy the panoramic views of both bays. Tony gave a great walking tour of Philipsburg, many thanks! The food was wonderful! We loved the Wednesday lobster night and the hot lava nights where you cook your food on a hot stone! Wonderful and memorable vacation. We always felt very safe and welcome at the Divi. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit. We always had an easy time finding seats with umbrellas/shade covered and enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to run out at 5 in the morning to reserve spots, like you have to do at other resorts. Excellent all around and highly recommend visiting!

This resort was one of my favorite of all time. Food options, drink options, the beach, and the rooms were gorgeous. I highly recommend going there and I will be there again soon. If you see Sandy tell him the Spencer said hello.

I loved my ground floor walk out to the beach room. Clean, comfortable mattress and friendly staff. Pool is beautiful with loungers in the water. Front desk quick and efficient!Lunch at Gizmo's was great - staff was fun and food was very good - get the lamb gyro, it's real roasted lamb!

The beach was beautiful. Staff on the resort was very friendly but resort is very clearly understaffed. Meals generally took about two hours each making it hard to stay on schedule for excursions or other bookings. If you have mobility issues be warned, as the resort is full of steps and hills. Front desk staff was the best and helped out as much as they could. Limited dining options as part of the all inclusive and only one indoor restaurant. Overall we did enjoy our stay but would consider other resorts next time.

While check in was at four we were able to check in at 1 which was really nice - the WiFi was so slow I ended up using my own data package. Our room had a nice bath tub but was extremely slow to fill and drain we noticed a gap between the wall and the tub also so we didn’t use it as we were unsure about filling it and therefore did not use it. Overall the room was clean and with a nice view and beautiful infinity pool. On Saturday however only one restaurant is open for lunch and there is only one serving staff - hats off to that hard working lady ! However we did not dine as the wait would have been forever.

Little Divi Beach Resort has a beautiful location between Little Bay and Great Bay. You wake up to views of gorgeous turquoise waters and, if you are lucky like we were, to bright warm sunshine. The beach area is amazing with clean soft sand and calm clear water. Umbrellas, lounge chairs and beach towels are provided. There is a beachside bar for drinks and food. There are also several beautiful pools to enjoy including one with an infinity edge overlooking the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and another with a swim-up bar. Shops, restaurants and a spa complete the amenities. The accommodations that we have had for both of our trips here have been outstanding. The resort spreads out along the shoreline, with no high rise buildings. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. For those that like to venture out there are plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores and shops close by. Definitely a resort worth staying at.

Great place...very family friendly...there just arent that many family friendly resorts in the Caribbean, but this is a gem. The location is great...and the beaches are pristine. Would def come back.

Property was very nice, I thought our room had a king bed when i booked this, but it was a queen. Also, no area rugs-floor very slippery in bathroom. Pure Ocean dining was excellent-compared to level of quality at the Shack and Seabreeze restaurant. Area for big improvement there being the same resort-same dining managerial team! Kitchen in room could have also had more cooking utensils & a few food staples (salt/pepper/coffee filters/ketchup/mustard). Helpful for travelers who cannot take these things in luggage. Also the couch in room -cushions were as hard as a rock- not comfortable one bit!!!! And railing on balcony was too high-blocked view of bay-which is what guests pay for when booking at your resort.

Everyone that works at the resort is friendly (this is the friendly island!) - truly. We enjoyed all the food we ate. Visited every pool. Snorkeled from the beach. Had a wonderful experience at the Divi and hope to return!

To begin with, the property was beautiful as well as the views and the room. However that’s all that’s nice about it here. The lobby and check in staff was absolutely horrendous. They were so rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate and the list goes on. This also applied to the wait staff and bartenders. Minus a very small handful of people that managed to put a smile on their face as they greeted you, this experience was such buzzkill and mood changer on our vacation. There was also the longest wait time I’ve ever had to wait for a salad and some wings and fries, which leads back to our extremely rude wait staff. Honestly this experience was terrible and we’re so glad we booked to eat out of the hotel most of our days there otherwise our entire Vacation would’ve been ruined. Absolutely do not recommend!

Terrible Service! We stayed at the Divi Little Bay Resort for our Honeymoon, 8 days 7 nights, in fact as I am writing this we are waiting for our transfer to pick us up and take us back to the airport. We booked this trip through Expedia thinking it was an all inclusive resort only to find out when we got here that it is a time share property that offers an all inclusive package that costs an extra $167 per person per night. The front desk informed us that we are not the only ones this has happened too, that they get this complaint for the majority of people that book on Expedia. Additionally the staff was not accommodating at all, one evening my wifed asked a server for a menu and the response was we don’t have menus and the server walked away. On our last night we went to dine at the Mix restaurant and we did not love the menu options so we had an appetizer and a cocktail then walked down to the pureocean restaurant and we were turned away because it was 9:30, but the sign clearly says they are open until 10. After pureocean we walked over to the Gizmo’s bar and grill and again we were turned away. The resort is beautiful but the food is not the best in the area and the service is the worst we have ever experienced. Luckily we rented a car and we were able to explore the island and dine with better service and food else where.

This is a great resort whether if its just for a couple's getaway or for family. Good central location for everything but I recommend renting a car if you want to get off the resort. Room was clean and the beach has a great snorkeling area. We'll be back!

The staff are very welcoming, and friendly, very well maintain resort, hotel room are right off the beach, definitely teybthey roofrop lounge bartenders, manager and waitress are amazing!!
