"Spacious room with a lovely Mountain View from the balcony. Breakfast had plenty of choice - both continental style and some cooked items in the buffet, although not the best quality, but it was fine. Really good location, not far from the lake or Straza Bled. Plenty of restaurants etc around. We loved having complimentary access to the pool complex at the hotel opposite - we visited twice and it was so quiet, with a great choice of pools and an amazing view of the lake. Not the cheapest hotel (although far from the most expensive!) but it was a good stay overall."

"Stayed 4 days. Staff were attentive. Breakfast excellent. Room clean with bed very comfortable. Felt the promotion was misleading about the use of a wellness centre; it cost to use it! One day none of the room supplies were replaced (no toilet paper, no shower soap). The most disappointing aspect was that for 4 days we had no cooling; despite a number of approaches to helpful reception, the room was 24-25 degrees for 24/7, with no solution and minimal comms to keep us updated."

"The property has an A++ location and amenities, but it drastically needs a refresh. Elevator is old and slow (and only 1) and all room and common area decor is very dated and tired. It would be an amazing first class hotel with an upgrade as the location and boathouse amenity are unmatched anywhere in gorgeous Lake Bled."

"Clearly recently renovated, we had a very stylish two bed room that slept 5. Beautiful wooden decor / features. Super convenient parking right outside in a busy town where parking js at a premium. Great location, minutes walk to the lake and all amenities. After checking in remotely a waiter acknowledged our booking on arrival and after that no one spoke to us. It was a bit strange but absolutely fine. It was clearly a successful restaurant below which looked lovely but a bit beyond our family budget for dinner so didn’t try it. Would highly recommend a stay."
