โI highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to vacation on LOA. Its nestled in the Garden District, but Lyft/Uber got us to the Quarter in like 12 minutes tops.

โThis hotel had charged minibar payment that I never never used. I did not even look the minibar section on the table, so I do not know what kind of snack and beverage there. I have sent an email to the customer service, however they sent me a false receipt. I sent an email again, they did not answer. I am very unhappy for the attitude of this management. I am really disappointed. โ
โOriginally booked this stay for myself, but work had other plans. So I called up the parentals and passed along the reservation. They were pleasantly surprised by the property (theyโre total hotel snobs), and even more impressed by the phenomenal service.
