"The checkin process was not smooth. We were supposed to receive an email with the door code and room number, but did not receive anything. I tried calling the hotel and there was no answer. We went to the attached coffee shop where staff member gave us the info, but told us our room may not be turned over (we were checking in at 4:10pm, checking time supposed to be 4:00pn). It was actually ready, and clean and comfortable. The attached coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, so we were unable to try it because we had to leave at 6:45am. Overall the hotel is nicely updated but the checkin process was not great, and there are few amenities."

"My family really enjoyed our stay at the Sky Cabins, unfortunately we only had one night but really appreciated the clean, well furnished rooms, easy check-in and looked the fishing and kayaking amenities around the lake.
