Hi Rossen it's a shame that you were so disappointed by your stay with us. The beautiful newly appointed studio with King bed that you stayed in is very accurately represented with photos on Expedia and you smartly dedided it was nice enough to book it. Our wonderful staff who are consistently hailed as friendly and helpful in virtually every review online were honestly a little disappointed with their interactions with you and your wife as well although on your last day they said you were smiling and seemed happy. It is always our goal to make sure our guests are satisfied and having their expectations met however I've been in this business long enough to know that sometimes there are just scenarios where we are not in control of that. I do hope you and your wife find someplace more suitable to your expectations in the future.

Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the complimentary kayaks and wide array of beach equipment that we offer guests. We hope you were also able to enjoy the beach cruiser bicycles, upgraded high speed wifi, daily housekeeping, outdoor kitchen bbq grill and on-site parking. All are included in the cost of your room at no additional charge. The bathrooms are a bit small and we are working on adding additional storage space. Our operations manager will look into the plumbing issue you mentioned. We were not aware of a problem with it. We hope you'll be back to visit again soon and take advantage of all the amenities we offer.

I suppose other guests are not quite as sensitive to sound since they do return over and over again requesting the same room that you were in. They must love the large balcony (on the finished brand new pavers) in front of the room with loungers and bistro table along with free use of beach cruiser bicycles, kayaks, outdoor barbecue grill, free daily housekeeping, free parking and free wifi.

Bob thank you so much for your review. On the day you checked in you were trying to cancel the last two nights of your non-refundable reservation. We offered to attempt to re-rent the nights (which is not likely during this time of year) but you decided you would stay. You and your buddy really seemed to enjoy yourselves -taking advantage of our beautiful outdoor kitchen/ bbq grill, dining and lounging in your private garden area. You complained that you were a chef and our kitchen equipment was not to your standards. We did manage to provide you with the meat thermometer you requested and a cast iron skillet although the size was not to your liking. Your toilet had a minor flapper issue which is extremely common in toilets and easily fixed. It was late at night when you reported it to our staff who immediately came to the room and provided a temporary fix. It was quickly fixed the next morning which still didn't seem to satisfy you as you kept asking why we didn't call an emergency plumber. The property is far from "old" as it was completely renovated and is one of the highest rated, most sought after properties in Pass-a-Grille. We have a waiting list for the two bedroom unit which is in beautiful condition. The photos on Expedia and on our own site are very current so anyone reading this review can judge for themselves. We strive to provide our wonderful guests with a comfortable, extremely clean place to stay with excellent amenities such as free use of beach cruiser bicycles and kayaks, heated pool, very attentive and accommodating staff and one of the most beautiful locations in the world just steps to the beach. We are just fine with you not staying here again but we certainly hope your poor review does not deter others from a mostly magical experience.
