We stayed here one night while visiting family in the area. It is in a great location near the area's freeways as well as a mall, grocery store, and plenty of dining options, all a short drive away. Also not too far of a drive from St. Pete's wonderful downtown area. For us, we weren't planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel, but it was PERFECT as a place to return to for a clean, reasonably-priced, comfortable place to return to for a good night's rest at the end of the day. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

It was a good location for me because I had to go to Tampa a lot. The hotel may be outdated but they certainly make up for it with hardworking staff (front desk, cleaning and breakfast servers). Tv worked great, so did AC. Ice machine was available on my floor as well as on lobby area. Free parking. I thought their breakfast was very good. One morning their waffle maker was leaking but they came fix it right away. I’d definitely stay here again.
