We didn't get everyone's name but special shoutouts to Audra at the front desk, Marty(my boy) at the luggage desk, Nathan at Docks and John at Ocean Hai. Thank you to rest of the staff as well. Every employee had great customer service, from the valets, to the front desk, to the concierge, to house keeping. This property seems to operate at capacity 24/7 so they work very hard to keep the property clean for guest. Our room, pool area, gym, and other common areas were clean. "
