Thank you. It is an open building, everyone can come through at any time. We do not have permanent residents, unfortunately there are homeless people in clearwater beach just like everywhere else in the country and we try our best to keep them off property. Parking on the beach is a premium especially on a Saturday, you cannot leave your car at the property as guests start arriving early and we need every space in our lot, you could of parked your car next door at the garage. The "resort fee" covers parking and breakfast.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry for the customer service. We lend towels out and you sign them out and if you don't return them you will get charge. We go through a lot of towels. I will have maintenance look at the bathroom ceiling. Mattresses are a personal preference.
