“This booking was supposed to be cancelled by the motel, clearly it wasn't since it kept showing as Booked. I booked through Expedia and spoke with Customer Support to change the date, the agent stated that motel said that they didn't change the date due to how late it was after room already reserved. The agent stated he spoke to the front desk at the Stafford, VA location and they cancelled the motel stay, I booked the reservation on line. I never received any confirmation of it being cancelled....

“Adult Mother/Daughter Travelers On our way home from a continuing ed trip. Arrived later in the evening. It was just a place to sleep and not a place to create an experience. Check-in lady was pleasant. Room smelled like POT! Sheets clean, bathroom/ tub clean, comforter was questionable. Microwave and fridge worked. Awkward parking lot. We didn't have "we shouldn't stay here vibes" but we had, stay alert vibes. Complimentary breakfast is very weak. No sugar available near the coffee....

“Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and the room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt throughout the shower and on the light switches, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. We also noticed cracks in the flooring that made the room feel poorly maintained. Basic necessities like toilet paper should be provided, and the...
