"First time at this hotel & probably won't stay there again. The interior is fine but the outside of the property is definitely in need of some attention. Our sink was stopped up & the water in the drain smelled terrible. Everything is very overpriced. $69 for breakfast (crepe with eggs, bacon) a pastry & a latte for 2 people is absolutely ridiculous. Drinks are also very expensive, more so than some of the other nearby casinos. There aren't enough seating areas for casual food dining (the patisserie) & not enough bars where you can just sit & relax. Also, the music is sometimes so loud you can't hear yourself think or carry on a conversation. Pros - check in & check out was easy & our room attendant did a great job."

"the airport shuttle was great use them $26.00 round trip but i ask for a pick up at 10:00 they pick me up at 7:00 no biggie "

"No coffee machine in the room, no cups in the bathroom, no ice in ice machine on our floor for the entire stay we were there. We were told that there is no refrigerator because we have to pay for one every night if we need one. We chose not to do that. I believe that the bathtub shower area is dangerous because there is no bar or railing to hold onto as you step in and out of the shower and the tile on the wall is very slippery, therefore you don’t have a handhold in any direction as you navigate in or out of the shower. "
