"We had the most wonderful stay in the hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and their customer-first attitude. There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. "Beautiful hotel, lovely decoration, very comfortable beds and room, lovely bathroom and shower. Staff very welcoming from the second we arrived and also in the bar area that we visited that evening briefly. Would highly recommend. It is a great location near the train station so it is also very close to everything in the city centre."

"Stayed at this hotel before. Overall enjoyed our stay. With the hotel being central your always going to have noise. The only bad comment i could put is that we couldnt open a window and get some air in. The hotel was central and near to all shops and eateries. Not sure why a lot of people give it the worse hotel in Manchester as this is so unfair. The staff was lovely but was overworked. Needed security in the day due to the dross who was costantly causing neusance to everyone. Thank you for your time. Chez and liz"
