“There was black mold around the shower pan. There was no place in the shower to place toiletries. No place to put soap or shampoo. One chair was loose and anyone sitting on it is at risk of falling. When enjoining a snack at the chairs by the dock, restaurant staff was rude and implied we shouldn’t be there because we were not ordering from the restaurant even though guests are allowed to use that space. “This resort-style hotel offered an exceptional retreat. The pool area was impeccably maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. Our young traveler enjoyed the petting zoo and outdoor playground. The grounds were well-maintained, allowing for an enjoyable long walk in the cooler evening.”
