“The area around the place was dirty, ghetto, was a little nervous about staying. Then we went inside a very secured building, the unit was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable it had everything you needed for cooking, washing the dishes, microwave, mini fridge and air conditioner. It was actually pretty quiet so it just goes to show can’t judge a book by its cover. The distance to Downtown Philli was only about 17 miles. “Very clean & tidy, comfortable beds. Perfect for our 2 night stay to visit Cowtown rodeo. I believe its family owned, all pitch in it to help run the motel. Two things we forgot to mention to owner. Our shower head leaked & our pillows were very firm. Nothing big & im sure if we had mentioned our shower head issue it would have been tended to right away. Would stay again.”
