“This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didn’t get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me “reception has no internet neither.” Sorry”. That’s all. “This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique ”
