" I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at the Days Inn in Round Rock, TX. From the moment we arrived, the overall environment did not feel secure, and the condition of the room only made things worse. The door to the room barely opened and did not lock properly, which immediately made us feel unsafe. The bathroom door wouldn’t even fully close, offering no privacy. The shower was visibly filthy, and the comforter on the bed had stains on it. We ultimately decided not to stay because we did not feel safe or comfortable. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly stressful and forced us to find another place to stay late at night. I would strongly recommend others carefully consider their options before booking here. Feeling safe and having a clean place to stay should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations. I checked out within a hour and they still charged me 2 nights"

"I waited approximately an hour and a half for assistance from the desk clerk, as the office was closed at the time. Due to the delay, I was charged for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay unnecessarily. Upon entering the room, I discovered bed bugs on the bed, which made the accommodations unusable. As a result, I had to shower and sleep in my car for the night. Additionally, the morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised these concerns."
