"Room had dirty floor, rest was clean. Parking lot had lots of homeless people walking around. Didn't feel safe. Checked vehicle off and on all night. Valve caps were stolen off my truck. Was shorted a wash rag, had to go next door to Red Roof inn to get one. Seen some 10/10 reviews so i picked hotel. Don't know where they came from."

"Great location off Hwy 40. Friendly staff - Breakfast looked good, sadly not able to take time to partake as a Sunday and off to services. Fun restaurant “Cattleman's” close by with great steak and welcoming environment. "

"The lobby is generally updated, but the rooms have only had some superficial/cosmetic revision. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The workout space was closed, but staff indicated they would open it on request. The bed was clean and comfortable. The couch was not clean. The dresser had misfitting drawers that would not close completely. There was mildew on the fixtures in the living space and the bathroom walls and ceiling. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was very limited, with weak coffee and grainy, wet scrambled eggs. I checked out after one night and forfeited the remainder of the reservation."

"Great hotel. Very clean and a good selection for breakfast. I like that I felt safe having to use my key card after hours to enter the hotel. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains over the window (a shade that doesn't block light) so if you like it dark when you sleep, ask for a room not facing the interstate. "

"There were no mention of pool closure anywhere - online or at the lobby, but the staff insisted seasonal closure is mentioned. The room Dos/Don'ts notice provided also listed pool is available, but it was not. AC vent faces at one of the double beds, so had poor temp control throughout the room. Multiple entrances are available to the building, but keycard didn't work to go inside at night, not sure about daytime access. Breakfast selection was okay. Coffee quality was very poor. "
