To many way to many homeless hanging around the property to feel safe and always asking for money . Went to go to my room and there was 4,5 people handing out by my door

I didnt like all the stray people walking around outside and a car that burnt rubber or peeled out in the middle of the night. There were several people hanging in the parking lot and people from the other rooms sitting outside visiting with people talking loudly.

While Traveling Alone, I arrived and did not feel safe staying there. Too many people walking around the property. One gentleman was walking and yelling. Although I did not stay, I was not given a refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

Have stayed here multiple times, and almost a wh9le montj during the last freeze. Never have i been asked for a deposit before but last night theu asked for it and would not work with me on a solution. They said they could not release my fees to my card leaving me to have to drive back 6h to my house because my card haf no more money on it.

Besides that the neighborhood doesn’t have the best reputation, you can tell staff cares about the hotel. Room was clean and common areas have been well maintained. Which is nice! Staff have all been pleasant during my encounters! 😊
