"We liked the location of this property as well as the cleanliness. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very fair prices on mini bar items which is convenient. I would definitely consider booking again when returning to Munich. "

"This hotel is really beautiful. The room amenities were over the top and staff was great. Walking distance to shopping but also some lovely quiet neighborhoods and parks. We only had one night and wished for a longer stay! "

"The room was nice and the staff was great. The location was great. I would defiantly book again.
I did put the tag on the door for the room to be restocked, they never came for two day. I had to go to the desk to get stuff."
"Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel and the tech (to unlock doors remotely using your phone) worked without any hassle.
The concept of having no front of house (reception) did feel odd. I'm not sure what would happen if your phone got stolen and you are a solo traveller.
Another odd thing is having a glass door to the toilet. Works if youre solo but otherwise not sure about that.
I was also allocated a room that turned out having a common terrace outside the window and I didn't like that. But the hassle of not having a reception to discuss this with and only staying two nights made me just accept it.
Overall, the room was of good standard and condition. Location excellent with an entrance to Munich Main station almost at the hotels door step and you are at walking distance to all the sights in central Munich.
But I don't think I would stay again if traveling alone, as I would prefer a staffed reception."
"Perfect location - just 15mins walk from main attractions, and 5mins walk from Hauptbahnof. Rooms are clean, nice snacks to grab for breakfast. Air conditioning is good, coffee machine was working ok. The only issue was that room was small but thats fine if you came fot active travel, and not planning to spend most of your time in hotel. Overall was perfevt for this price and location, recommending to book."
