These people really sold me a room with a broken bed, the frames was literally broken and it had sunk in the middle of the mattress. I only dealt with bed bugs one time in my life when i was a child from a hotel experience. ..."

"The property and rooms are fantastic! My only complaint is the listing didn't mention the pet fee, which was higher than normal or the valet parking fee. We only stayed for one night, so these extra charges made it quite a bit more expensive than we thought it would be."
