“Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location”

“Fabulous all around.”

“Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(. Loved this place and...

“The room is a nice big clean room with enough utensils, etc., that you can eat in it, but if I recall correctly, you are not supposed to cook. Not ever everyone will want to stay at a place where the host may not be available to greet you. He very helpfully sends videos of how to enter the building and the guest house. The office building containing the rooms is where the host works. He is responsive to text messages with questions. The only caveat I would mention is that it is in a area that...

“Hotel and staff are amazing”

“good price for excelent location , large room , great condition , really nice breakfast in a restaurant nearby”

“We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a...

“Excellent place, And the view from the room was wow. Only problem was , in the shower , suddenly came hot hot hot water, that really burn me. Then Cold cold cold water after. This was uncomfortable at all. All the rest was amazing. Highly recommended”

“do not go in weekends, was nightmare”

“Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Haifa. In a safe and convenient location. Highly recommended.”

“Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided ”

“My cousin who I admire, & respect dearly 45 years had $300 usa$ go missing from his room. The owner suggested I stole the cash. I went to Israel to see my Aunt (my cousin's mom) befote she passes. How dare the management accuse me of stealing my cousin's money. Don't stay at this hotel, events like this will divide friendships, even family. This is the only hotel in the world I have stayed at adding a 2nd person to a room, there is only a tiny bed, even in Thailand, Philippines,,Egypt they...
