"Great location. Lovely Staff. The renovated rooms are lovely. They could do a better job of cleaning. Crumbs on the floor of the room under the couch. The air unit in the room has several other inches of dust underneath it and somone’s hair band was hanging on the bathroom door. But otherwise would stay there again. "

"Check in was pleasent. Free parking. Breakfast was very good, can't bring it to your room but there was plenty of hot and cold food. Room has Dove products which is a bonus. Bath tub floor is NOT flat, was hard to turn around, very easy to slip and fall, the floor is like a "V" shape. Part of the second floor smelt like smoke. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. "

"The only complaint I have is they do not have hot choco! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. The room is clean, the pool is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful. "

"The carpets are old and dirty. The room wasn’t made up while we were gone, the breakfast was stale and tasteless. The parking is too expensive. The water pressure for the shower is too low. The size of the room was nice. It was nice to have a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close the mall and the casino. Walking distance to everything."
