"AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. My companion had to go book another room that I drove him to, then I had to back to this place. The WORST part was at checkout. They handed me a receipt for my one room, but when I got back home, I found they billed me for TWO rooms even though they said I only had one reserved!? Called the property twice and both times they said the manager would call back. She did not. Then, I went through Expedia and THEY sent two emails and also got ignored. Reserve here at your own risk, and if anything goes wrong, don't bother calling them because they will 100% ignore you."

"This experience was 10/10!! We will be staying again next time we need a hotel in that area. The best parts were the pool/hot tub actually being warm/hot & the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having access to coffee in the lobby at all hours and the parking was very easy."
