"Room wasn’t ready until 4pm. I arrived at 2pm. They took my number and said they’d call when it was ready. They did not call. Check out is noon. I can back to my room at 11am and they were already cleaning it even though I hadn’t checked out yet. Carpet was sticky, there was blood on the laminate floor and hair on the shampoo bottle"
