Hot tub needs cleaning/repair of tiles on steps. $40 room damage deposit was very unexpected when credit card was charged for room. Very small sign at checkout area is not sufficient. Made me feel like a second class citizen."

No one was there when we checked in - admittedly it was late because our flight was delayed but we waited for 5-10 minutes before someone got to the desk. We also had a slight issue with housekeeping not fully closing our door when they left, but the door was a bit sticky. Otherwise all was well."
