“Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

“The hotel was clean and I had a very good nights sleep. There was plenty of parking and evening meal was good. Wi Fi was not very good and 8 had no mobile signal throughout my stay.”

“We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others.”
