기차역과 가까움
기차역과 가까워, 기차 이용후 먼거리 이동후 도착하면 좋은 곳. 그러나 도착 지점이 기차역과 멀다면 추천하지는 않음. 아침 조식은 뷔페이나 품질은 조금 떨어짐.

Shower was tricky to use and not much pressure, not much in the area and only one other restaurant but had own restaurant and breakfast there. Bus to from town only once an hour, ok for one night.

Comfy beds, and very helpful staff, but no regular Holiday Inn menu, instead it’s next door at the harvester where the food is awful, public transport connections are slim and the nearest grocery shop is Aldi over a mile away- don’t be fooled by the Sainsbury’s on google maps, it’s a depot not a shop.

Good hotel as I was travelling for business however the heating didn’t work so my room was very cold

I must say a special thank you to Toby who greet us on our stay. He was very attentive throughout the property. I do not have any complaint still up to its name. I must add breakfast as it is included was very delicious. Lovely warm very high Satisfaction

Great Hotel
Lovely stay at thia hotel, great location cloae to the M6. Very feiendly staff, easy smooth check-in and parking. Nice room, only down point was there were cobwebs in the corners so not cleaned brilliantly. Bice breakfast, would definatrly stay again

Food and car park
The food for breakfast was cold , greasy looking and totally un appealing, i spent money elsewhere when breakfast was included . Paying for a car park when your staying at the hotel isnt usual either.

Lovely stay
Stayed here to break a long drive on Christmas Evening - 1 adult and 3 children. We got a lovely welcome from reception, and they had already got a room ready with sofa bed in the short time from booking to arrival. Beds were good and comfy. At breakfast there was a guest/group of guests who were making some difficulties for the staff, and we were asked to move by the management whilst they dealt with it. The manager and his team were lovely, and despite the behaviour of the family they looked after us really well. Breakfast was a nice surprise with a great selection of hot and cold food. Overall great value, and a nice stay. Thanks to the manager we met and his team for making our safety a priority in a difficult situation which wasn’t in their control.

The hotel was good, I misjudged the distance to the Kings hall Stoke resulting in expensive trips to and from the railway station, hotel & kings hall. Although uber were reliable. Room warm but overlooking the busy road but not a problem. I didn’t try the breakfast which was included in the price. I would stay there again.
