"The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon."

"My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. The "buffet" consisted of the same food day after day for each meal and not a lot of variety for picky eaters. The restaurant had a nice variety, but what you saw on day one lasted throughout the week. Overall, for a high end resort, I do not feel we got our money's worth nor support from the staff."

"It's a beautiful property, and we really love staying there, it just needs a little more Love from the Owner: The Pool area needs daily cleaning. We would appreciate for rooms to be cleaned daily, because if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it just wasn't done. Linens and towels definitely need an upgrade. We're thankful for the free breakfast daily, and for the kitchen staff to be so accommodating. Lorelei is an excellent employee and it's because of her that I'm giving it a 4 star and not a 3 star review; I really hope she gets a raise and recognition from the Owner because she did SO MUCH for us, more than anybody else. She's a 5-star employee!"

"We just got back from a 10-day vacation to Roatan. We discovered Naboo by accident but once we saw it we knew we had to stay there. It made our vacation even more enjoyable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The restaurant there is 5***** ...the wait staff-- Eduardo, Marvin and Omar -- were exceptional. The front desk -- Wendy, Denissa, Vilma -- were super helpful and accommodating. And the breakfast crew -- starting with Iris-- were amazing! The food was top notch. The accommodations were super clean with fluffy white towels. The landscaping was gorgeous and we felt like we had been transported to an exotic lush island. I highly recommend this place. I know my husband and I will definitely be back. LOVED it there!!"
