"The shower head was very gunky and filled with residue. Thank god I had bleach spray and scrub sponges! Overall beautiful place definitely will stay again!!!"

"The room was clean, but skimpy. In the morning after bringing coffee back to the room, a staff member entered our room as the door was left unlocked. That wasn’t funny. when we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation. At first it turns out the inputting of my name was done incorrectly on site. It was resolved with the manager who happened to be by. It was very unsettling to us that she was Haily insulting to the young man in our presence. We were embarrassed for him."
