"Our room was very clean. We got cold the first night and asked for another blanket which they were happy to give us. The floor in our bathroom was kind of on an angle which is probably a foundation issue. but was noticeable. Other than that everything was fine. All the staff we encountered were great/"

"We chose this property because I had an important online meeting and the description said wifi was available in all rooms. I can't say whether it was just that particular day or a persistent issue, but the wifi was non existent and I missed my important meeting. I understand it's in the heart of Yellowstone, but if the description says the property includes wifi, then I expect the wifi to work. Other than that, it was an outstanding experience."

"Great place to kick your boots and enjoy this historic inn. Old Faithful IS right there and the inn is very close to neighboring pools and geysers. Not alot to do in the evening so bring a card game and embrace the down time."

"Didn't notice you only had until 8:00 at night to check in until 9:00 at night. Was not able to reach any staff to work out a late check-in. Left messages, never got a return phone call, email, text message or so on. Had to find somewhere else to stay at 10:00 at night. Was not happy. Still have not gotten contacted, refunded, apologize, anything."
