Excellent location: steps away from the cathedral

The location was great, it was clean, and the room had AC which was great. Service was not consistent. The night front desk who looks middle eastern was great, super helpful and nice. The one with glasses and long hair has opportunity for improvement.

I was delighted with the location. Right in the heart of wonderful old buildings, restaurants and the cathedral. The hotel was adequate. It had well used furniture, a unique bathroom but the bed was comfortable.

Hotel des Arts is a great little hotel and base to explore this beautiful location. Right in the heart of the old town, with beautiful walks surrounding the area and lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Cute little rooms, very clean and well presented. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some may find rooms a little on the small side, but perfect for one person or a couple for a short stay.

The location is amazing. The triple room is not bad, just the bathroom is not really comfortable (very very small), however the shower is quite good and large enough. The guys at the reception have been great 👍

The place is good if you bring low or no luggage at all, because there is no elevator. Don't do the "breakfast" is just cereal, bread and coffee. I understand the hotel is small, but to enter the bath is almost impossible, it opens to the inside, if youre a little bit fat, it will be a mission impossible. The location is great. Thats the only good thing.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great customer service! In the heart of the historical center, at one of the most romantic squares in Strasbourg. Close to many sightseeings, good restaurants and the river. Top location for people exploring the historical part by walking. We have parked our car in the parking across the river.

I enjoyed my stay at this The La Petite Hotel. The front desk was friendly and professional on arrival. My room was spotless & had everything I needed - housekeeping does a great job! My room had a lovely balcony window facing the courtyard, and the room had a mini fridge with complimentary water, as well as an in-room safe. I ate dinner at the restaurant that is part of the hotel and the service and food was excellent. Breakfast was downstairs and included juices, a nice coffee/espresso machine, two choices of homemade quiches, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, and sliced meat. Overall, I found this to be an excellent place to stay while in Torino and only have compliments for the property! Bravo!

Hotel is in a great location for the christmas market, restaurants and attractions, however the property itself is outdated. The room had the bare minimum of amenities, however there were stains on the floor and rust forming around the shower. Staff were very friendly and offered to watch my bags in the lobby (however they weren't in a secured room, so if you have valuables make sure they store it elsewhere)

The location is amazing, I'd have loved to get one of the few rooms facing the little square where the hotel is located, but also my triple room enjoyed a very nice view on the Cathedral's tower. The staff was super-friendly. The facilities in the room could have been newer, but also were good for the level of the hotel. The rate also was good. Probably a little more attention on the cleaning would make the hotel almost perfect. However, we liked it so much.

Amazing location right in the center of the old city, around the corner from the cathedral and a block from the river. Even though the plaza in front of the hotel was filled with crowded with noisy tourists, inside our room was as quiet as can be. The only negative - and it's a minor one at best - is the room was permeated with the smell of cologne, perhaps to hide tobacco odor? By the second day, either the smell went away or I stopped noticing it. But overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel, and the location really couldn't be beat.
