룸이 약간 업그레이드 되어 좋았지만, 다음날 수건을 조금 덜 주셔서 아쉬웠어요. 침대는 엄청 편하진 않았으나, 수건은 너무 폭신했어요. 아침도 맛있었고 특히 오렌지 주스와 티가 맛있었어요. 빵은 말할 것도 없고요.짐이 많은데 가는길이 구시가지라서 조금 힘든 거 빼곤 다 좋았어요. 내부에서 돌아다니기엔 위치가 좋아요

체크인해서 잠들기 직전까지만 해도 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 위치도 매우 좋았고, 깔끔해보이는 시설이었습니다. 그러나 자려고 이불을 걷는 순간, 까만 점? 얼룩? 이 뭍은 시트가 세팅되어 있었고, 너무 늦은 시간(2 a.m)이었기에 침구교체를 요청하지 않고 이불 위에서 제 겉옷을 덮고 잤습니다. 밤 새 여기저기 온몸이 간지러웠지만 괜히 찝찝한 기분탓이겠거니하며 간신히 잠들었습니다. 다음날 체크아웃 할때 해당 사진을 보여주었더니 데스크직원이 진심으로 미안하다며 숙박비 일부를 discount 해주었습니다. 여기까지는 있을 수 있는 해프닝정도로 넘길 수 있지만.. I was bitten by Badberg.

전반적으로 무난했습니다. 위치는 아주 좋으나 다른 부분은 4성급 호텔에 비하여 그다지 좋은 상태는 아닌듯 했습니다. 크리스마스 마켓 오펀으로 일대지역으로 차량통행이 불가하였는데, 사전 정보가 없어 고생을 했습니다.

위치도 좋고 객실도청결. 서비스도 만족. 다만주차장 사용은 약간 떨어진 곳에다 호텔 할인쿠폰 사용하여 하루18유로 지불함.

깔끔하고 안락한 호텔이었다. 한가지 불편한점은 역에서 호텔까지 마땅한 교통편이 없어 걸어다녀야 한다는것. 그래도 거리는 걸어서 10분정도 걸리니 크게 불편한 것은 아니었다.

숙소에 도착했을 때, 숙소에 문제가 생겨 근처 베스트웨스턴 호텔로 안내받았습니다. 룸을 한단계 업그레이드 시키고 조식을 무료로 포함해주었으며, 외출하고 돌아와보니, 너무나 미안하다며 한농호텔측에서 알자스 지방 와인 한병을 편지와 함께 룸에 가져다 주었습니다. 처음엔 일방적으로 숙소가 바뀌어 당황했지만, 여러가지 배려로 편안하고 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다.^^

We stayed at the Hotel Hannong for one night so we could tour old town Strasbourg. It was the perfect location. Close to the train station, close to the old city. The staff was amazing-super helpful, very friendly, and there to help in every way. We went to the outdoor lounge for drinks...rather 'rustic', but very pleasant on a warm evening. Our room was lovelt - modern and clean. City was great, two days enough (we even walked to the European Congress and the Parc d'orangerie, quite a distance).

Très bon séjour en famille
Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain grande et agréable. Le personnel est très avenant. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. Mention spéciale pour les théières japonaises et le thé en vrac de qualité. La literie est assez dure, pas forcément pour tout le monde.

Not only did we not receive an upgrade for being expedia platinum vip, we didn’t even get the room level that we booked. I know that the room type was still available because it said there were bookable rooms left on the website in our category. As we had flown overnight from the US then taken a two hour train, and I am pregnant, we checked in and crashed right away without paying attention. After we had slept in the bed I felt like we could not ask to move and I also don’t appreciate being put in that position to start with. The hotel knew what they were doing because the receptionist confirmed we booked a superior room, but put us into a room that was tiny and matched the website photos of the basic or club rooms. Also, there are no blackout curtains and there are bright streetlights that shine in all night and very loud street noise. The pillows are like concrete blocks and the linens are scratchy and low quality. Lastly, the hotel gives you a physical key you must leave with reception every time you go out, which is annoying because there is not always someone at the desk so you must wait. The hotel is close to the train station and the water pressure in the shower is good, so there is that. I wish there had been more honest reviews, I don’t know what people are talking about when they say this is a great hotel-def not 4 stars. Maybe we just got bad treatment for booking on Expedia, I’ve heard of that but after 40 stays in Europe I had never experienced.

Dear Elisabeth, Thank you for taking the time to leave your online review and for highlighting our central location, just a few minutes' walk from Strasbourg train station. For this stay, you booked a Superior room. We were unable to upgrade you despite your Expedia VIP status, for the simple reason that our only higher category room is the Junior Suite, which was not available for the 3 nights of your stay. The room 104 that you got, is a Superior room. You therefore had the room you booked.All our rooms are different, and I can understand that you did not like the room you were allocated, as it is not the one pictured on the website. However, I regret that you did not inform the reception team of your disappointment after your 1st night. We could have offered you a room change for the end of your stay, and softer pillows to optimize your comfort. We would also have informed you that all our rooms are equipped with roller shutters to ensure total darkness in the room. Very happy with my stay
Not a bad word to say about my stay at this hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, good shower. we were 3 people and third bed was an actual bed, not a sofa bed like most hotels. Location is very convenient, close enough to the train station so you can walk there, even carrying luggage. The city center is very close too, with many options of restaurants and shops. There’s even a gallerie Lafayette right on the corner, also a Carrefour and a bakery even closer. They don’t have parking at the hotel but they partner with the parking lot nearby and you pay 25 euro max for a day. We were renting a car to explore the Alsace villages and it worked perfectly for us. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit small but good, they even have a juice press with a few options of fruits and vegetables so you can prepare it as you want. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Strasbourg in the future

Hôtel idéalement situé pour profiter du quartier touristique de Strasbourg. L'accueil et les prestations sont de très bonne qualité : accueil, conseil, entretien, restauration, dégustation. Les chambres sont confortable, propres et agréables. Le parking n'est pas compris mais un partenariat avec un parking à proximité est disponible. Bref, un séjour à 5 plus un animal qui s'est déroulé dans des conditions optimales.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Stayed during the Christmas season to take in the Christmas markets. My fault that I didn't read a pre-arrival email telling me that the roads were closed near the hotel because of the markets so we had to park a long way from the property and walk with our luggage. However, once we got to the hotel, we were very happy with the hotel. It was near a lot of the holiday action and a very beautiful hotel. There was a gift of a nice smelling candle in our room and the staff were fantastic. The room was a little small but comfortable and very clean. The hotel breakfast was delicious as well. When we checked out, we were given a bottle of champagne too. Very nice touches and would stay again but probably not during the holidays. Too many people in Strasbourg for me, I prefer smaller towns.

Très bonne situation géographique
Personnel très accueillant, bienveillant et d'une extrême gentillesse. L'hôtel, très bien situé pour découvrir à pied le centre de Strasbourg, est joliment agencé et les chambres décorées avec goût.

In the middle of the attractions. Hotel looks cute and modern. Just the bed is a bit soft. Car park not available during xmas market festival!!!

The property cut down the AC. There is no airflow or air-circulation in the room. Opening the window is another problem, bad kitchen smell is coming in the room.
