"Great location with very great employees and restaurant. The room, bed and shower were great. The facility is a little worn out, it’ll need an update for esthetics only. I would stay there again. "

"This is a small studio apartment in a courtyard behind a guest house. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained and comfortable. The location is about 2 blocks from the heart of old town Stratford and all the attractions, restaurants and shops. Parking was about a block away in the large public car park which was about £6."

"This was the perfect property for our holiday in the UK. The house was large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, it was very clean and in excellent condition. The owners even left us a handwritten welcome note with a bottle of wine and chocolates. I can't speak highly enough of this property and recommend it to anyone and everyone!"

"Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as I did it was offered but if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been have been given the option.
Overall though a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. "
"Stayed for an event at hall 5 of the NEC and this is an option which puts you less than a 2minute walk from that venue. It can’t be beaten for convenience in that regard.
Rooms are clean and trendy with all the basic amenities you’d expect for the price.
Breakfast was great with an array of hot and cold options to hopefully suit all tastes.
If there’s any negatives to be had - it’s probably the price. It’s not a cheap stay here - but it’s probably worth the extra for the convenience factor if you’re at the NEC.
Would absolutely stay here again. "
"We stayed for one night in this beautiful historic hotel. The room was a good size, super clean & was tastefully furnished. The options for breakfast were varied with food being cooked to order, & everything was provided that you could possibly need. The breakfast waiting staff were very pleasant & helpful & it was the same for staff throughout the whole hotel. We will be staying again soon!"
"Smooth and efficient service, fast check in and friendly receptionist. Room was lovely, a good size, well maintained, and clean. Ate in dinner & breakfast at the hotel, staff attentive and helpful- food to a good standard"
