"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion.
It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family

"The property was warm and welcoming — truly a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. We received a lovely personal welcome, including a thoughtful card and a generous welcome pack with a nice bottle of wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. I would highly recommend this place. A genuinely warm and inviting place to stay. "
