"The ambiance of the property was fabulous. It is an old building and was charming. The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. The bar was the same no people. If you didn't have cell phone to use the QR code you could not get a drink. The breakfast if you didn't pay for it in advance was not available as expected. I found the place charming but unwelcoming. However...

The hob is easy to use and both the dishwasher and the washing machine were working well and clean. The heater and the boiler were functioning well which were important after experiencing bad weather outdoor. My family had a good time there, which was a good base to visit Scottish Highland and Isle of Skye."
