Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy.โ
โIt was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. โRoom was comfortable and clean. No air conditioning though so warm at night when weather is warm. Breakfast selection was good but food quality not great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.โ
โWe had a great stay at The Tawny Owl. Lovely clean room, comfy bed, decent facilities and a great price meant that itvwas fantastic value. We ate in the pub restaurant and found the food really good and the selection of beers was excellent. โ
โEasy access to all our destinations but the hotel was excellent staff absolutely great and helpful and extremely polite on my next visit to cotswolds and Swindon i know we will be staying there again โ
โJust had 2 nights stay here. Perfect for what we wanted. Swimming Pool access for kids, free parking for hotel guests, good size room and comfy beds, quiet and in a good location. Its not 5 star and a bit in need of refreshing in certain places but its great value for the price. Very happy with our stay.โ
